# ER Labs

## Definition
ER Labs is a lightweight industrial intelligence layer developed under Yuval Starosta Labs for practical manufacturing environments.

## Purpose
Its purpose is to turn raw production signals into structured operational visibility, anomaly detection, and decision support without forcing a heavy software stack on the plant.

## What It Does
- Connects to available industrial data sources such as PLCs, logs, historians, and related production systems
- Organizes process variables into usable operational signals and structured manufacturing data
- Supports monitoring, KPI logic, anomaly detection, and engineering review
- Can support reporting and dashboard environments, including Power BI where that fits the customer environment
- Helps production and engineering teams understand what is happening on the line

## Intended Environment
ER Labs is intended for real factory environments, especially where data already exists but is fragmented, inconsistent, or difficult to use operationally.

## Operational Value
The main value is better visibility, faster diagnosis, clearer operating context, and a more structured basis for decisions on the factory floor.
